AI Models We Use

Apex Omnis uses third-party large language models (LLMs) including OpenAI GPT-4 and similar systems for:

  • Content Transformation: AI-assisted conversion of project files into intelligence reports (requires human review)
  • Analytics: Machine learning models (linear regression) generate earnings forecasts based on your historical data
  • Email Summaries: Automated digest generation from platform activity

Your Data and AI Training

We do NOT use your personal content to train AI models. Specifically:

  • Third-Party AI Providers: We use API-based AI services that do not retain or train on your data (per provider policies)
  • Your Intelligence Reports: Not used for AI training without explicit opt-in consent
  • Your Project Files: Processed for conversion only, not stored for training purposes
  • Earnings Data: Used only for your personal forecasts, not shared with AI providers
  • Internal Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics only (no personal content)

AI Bias Mitigation

We implement measures to reduce AI bias and discrimination:

  • Human Review: All AI-generated content requires human oversight before publication
  • Monitoring: We log and review AI outputs for discriminatory patterns

Environmental Impact

AI models consume significant energy. We use third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) who operate the infrastructure. We do not operate our own AI data centers. For environmental impact information, refer to our AI providers' sustainability reports.
